These terms govern your use of Market Square. By browsing, posting or responding to a request, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.

Market Square helps people discover requests for products, services, professionals and opportunities. Some requests are posted directly; others are organised from public sources and link back to the original platform. Market Square is a discovery service and is not a party to transactions or agreements between users.
Your responsibilities
You must provide information you reasonably believe is accurate, have permission to share any contact details or images you submit, and communicate honestly with other people. Do not upload an image that infringes another person’s rights or exposes private information. You are responsible for checking identities, offers, prices, qualifications and delivery arrangements before making a payment or commitment.
Prohibited use
You may not use Market Square for fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful goods or services, misleading offers, unsolicited bulk messaging, malicious software, scraping that disrupts the service, or attempts to bypass access controls, posting limits or anti-bot protections.
Public and external content
Requests and links may come from third-party platforms. We do not control those platforms and cannot guarantee that every request is current, complete or genuine. External services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Moderation
We may remove, restrict or correct content that is unsafe, unlawful, misleading, expired, duplicated or inconsistent with these terms. We may also limit access where needed to protect Market Square or its users.
No guarantee
Market Square is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, successful matches, the quality of a product or service, or the conduct of any requester, merchant, recruiter or other person.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Market Square and Shopeen are not responsible for losses arising from transactions, communications, third-party content or reliance on information found through the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update the service or these terms as Market Square develops. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any rights that applicable law gives you.
